Ditto previous positive comments. A word of caution however, be real mindful about the spring loaded detent pin holding the front pivot pin in place. Mine went flying and was difficult to find.

I've had these pins on my first AR for several years now and never even considered standard pins on my recent build. I believe they are the best simple improvement that can be made to any lower. Definitely essential if you plan to swap uppers. Makes disassembly for cleaning a breeze, and saves your fingernails. Worth every penny.

I shoot alot of steel case ammo and it jams alot; when my barrel gets hot I always split my rifle and pound out the stuck shell with a cleaning rod. These make jam clearing really easy. YHM could improve their finish though, every steel YHM product I buy, their finish wears off easily.
