Troy Industries Ambidextrous Magazine Release for the AR-15
Ambidextrous Magazine Release replicates the feel and length of a standard magazine release button to accommodate left-handed shooters.
Ambidextrous selector with no screws or threading to come loose or strip; utilizes stainless steel detent plungers to lock levers into place. The traditional lever side has been built for a more positive feel. The right side features a lower profile lever and will not interfere with trigger operation for right handed shooters. Rugged, machined billet tool steel construction. Semi-auto levers can be interchanged from left to right. Patent pending.

It does what it should
A fine addition for southpaws to a personal AR. Yes, I can run the gun without it, but this makes it quicker and easier, particularly when I want to retain the spent magazine.

The finish was slightly mottled, (may not be a fault and may not justify one star removal). Installation is like any other magazine catch, works easily and effectively, does not get in the way and is very simple. Great add on.
