My first upper build and the price was right for a complete upper. Everything fit great and mates to my bushmaster lower wonderfully. Color matched up well. Will be back for the next variation I put together.

I've seen military weapons utilizing Colt or FN Herstal and costum home builds with major gaps between the lower and upper receivers causing lots of play. I was worried about it doing an SPR build on an Ares Armorer 80 but when I connected both the lower and upper together it was a solid snug fit. I'm still working on finishing the build but the Ares Nickel Boron bolt slides perfectly in the upper and I haven't seen any chips or wear marks around the buffer or the front of the bolt. I definitely recommend this upper to anyone looking into a new build or replacing an older upper. Great job SAA I will be purchasing another one in the future for a different build.
