Nice lower
This looks like a really well made lower. I milled it using an 80% arms easy jig and did the safety selector and trigger pin holes with a drill press. The whole process went extremely smoothly. The lower came out perfect and all parts went in with no issue. Seems like it will work really well. This lower has no engravings for fire and safe, but any AR owner knows that vertical is fire and horizontal is safe. I might do some custom engraving but it’s not that big of a deal. This is a huge upgrade over the polymer lower that was originally on my AR-10.

False advertisement
Dimensionally no complaints, anodizing is great, cut and finish is superb. Only complaint is that on this website it is advertised as 7075 alloy when it is in fact 6061. But the price couldn't be beat! Will shop here again.

Out of spec
These lowers seemed to be high quality on first inspection. Thinking all was OK, I drilled/tapped the rear take down tensioner screw. After completing the first lower and building with quality parts, I found that the rifle would not cycle. I tried 2 different uppers I had already purchased for the builds. Neither would cycle and had the exact same issue. What I found is that the magwell holds the mag very loosely and slightly low. This causes the bolt to slip off the round and jam over it about with the tip of the round on the feed ramp in a bolt over brass jam. This is known as tolerance stacking.
Just be aware that these WILL NOT work with all uppers, it was 1 out of 3 for me and only because my Aero Precision upper has proper tolerances.
I won't say these WILL NOT work, I do have one high end upper that worked. This was from a high end build and I wouldn't be using a high end upper with a budget lower.
Our Answer:
We have tried to recreate the stated issues from this feedback, with some of the receivers we have here and were not able to do get the same problematic results. PMAG's and Lancers worked just fine in the magwell of the ones we tested. -

Great Lower
If you want a beefy, solid 308 lower receiver this is the one for you. Has a wide flared magwell and trigger guard. Nice finish seems durable. Just remember to pick up a threaded bolt catch pin and tension screw since they're not included.

Of of spec
Kept having bolt-over-brass/ failure to feed issues. Tried multiple mags and still the same problem even while “mortaring” the rifle. The lower worked every time with aluminum dummy rounds ( can’t explain that) but wouldn’t feed with live rounds. Bought another lower from a different company and noticed right out of the box the mag well area was a better fit and my rifle cycles and works flawlessly. Not sure if I just got a bad lower or if they all like that. Just my experience. Too bad because the grip area fits much better and looks better than the lower I replaced it with.
