Product Description
SAA - AR15/M16 Nickel Boron ENHANCED Bolt Carrier Group (BCG)
A completely assembled, ready to install M16/M4 Bolt and Carrier System. This BCG greatly improves the performance of your AR-15 and eliminates the need to apply oil or grease to treated parts for the life of the weapon. Nickel Boron treated parts include: Carrier, Bolt. Phosphate extractor, Key and screws, firing pin retaining pic (cotter pin) and Cam pin.
SAA ENHANCED Bolt:
WHY it is Superior to the original AR bolt - The SAA Enhanced Bolt has a camming action that moves the bolt past obstructions like carbon build-up within the barrel extension. Using its rounded and tapered lugs (in contrast to the squared lugs of the original AR bolt design) to push past and then fully engage the barrel extension for complete strength and a secure lock-up. The SAA Enhanced Bolt will virtually eliminate most AR carrier/bolt malfunctions as a result of its unique design.
Strength and Reliability - The SAA Enhanced AR15/M16 machined from S7 tool steel and tempered with a proprietary heat-treating process, significantly increasing strength when compared to mil spec Carpenter 158. S7 provides a 75% increase in tensile strength, and nearly 60% improvement in yield strength.
Superior Corrosion Resistance - Every SAA Enhanced Bolt is coated with NP3®, an electroless nickel-based finish. This process co-deposits sub-micron particles of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), commonly known as Teflon™, for self-lubricating corrosion resistance.
MPI, and Shot-Peened Magnetic Particle Inspected and Shot Peened, the SAA Enhanced Bolt is guaranteed to perform under pressure.

Excellent purchase
This is the only upgraded bcg I have so I can't compare this to other like products but, I have have no issues and I do love that its easy to clean and maintain.

Outstanding BCG, at Half the Price
Only andintial break-in session on a new build. I can say that the BCG was properly manufactured and assembled, with no finish issues on the NiB coating. The enhanced bolt locking lugs are the same as the Sharps (and other)bolts, at half the price. No tightness noted, all tolerances seem to be well within spec. An outstanding value. SAA delivered promptly, a very professional transaction. My next build (and any future backup BCG purchases) will be through SAA.

Great BCG for finicky 300 blackout ammo,
I love my 300 blackout now that I found this enhanced BCG from SAA. I am able to shoot any weight bullet I want with no jams or mis fires !! Subsonic ammo is fun to shoot pushing a 220 gr 30 cal bullet at 950 feet per second is cool.

Very nice and tight as advertised
Still new and un fired I'll give you part 2 interview after it's fired I really like the fact that the new bolt system of different lugs other than standard that fits perfect with my AAC 300 Blackout Barrel

Nice But Very Tight Initially
Gas tings were very tight initially, though lubricated, causing multiple malfunctions. After 100 rounds or so less problems. Expect some break in time on these initially.
