SAA - AR15/M16 Nickel Boron ENHANCED Bolt Carrier Group (BCG)
A completely assembled, ready to install M16/M4 Bolt and Carrier System. This BCG greatly improves the performance of your AR-15 and eliminates the need to apply oil or grease to treated parts for the life of the weapon. Nickel Boron treated parts include: Carrier, Bolt. Phosphate extractor, Key and screws, firing pin retaining pic (cotter pin) and Cam pin.
SAA ENHANCED Bolt:
WHY it is Superior to the original AR bolt - The SAA Enhanced Bolt has a camming action that moves the bolt past obstructions like carbon build-up within the barrel extension. Using its rounded and tapered lugs (in contrast to the squared lugs of the original AR bolt design) to push past and then fully engage the barrel extension for complete strength and a secure lock-up. The SAA Enhanced Bolt will virtually eliminate most AR carrier/bolt malfunctions as a result of its unique design.
Strength and Reliability - The SAA Enhanced AR15/M16 machined from S7 tool steel and tempered with a proprietary heat-treating process, significantly increasing strength when compared to mil spec Carpenter 158. S7 provides a 75% increase in tensile strength, and nearly 60% improvement in yield strength.
Superior Corrosion Resistance - Every SAA Enhanced Bolt is coated with NP3®, an electroless nickel-based finish. This process co-deposits sub-micron particles of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), commonly known as Teflon™, for self-lubricating corrosion resistance.
MPI, and Shot-Peened Magnetic Particle Inspected and Shot Peened, the SAA Enhanced Bolt is guaranteed to perform under pressure.

high performance on a blue colar budget
I finally got to test it out well barely. I put a quick 200 through her performed just as good as the other reviewers said. I count on these reviews when I buy my parts I'm picky and want the most bang for my buck literally. One reviewer said stop looking you found it buy it so I did your right who ever you are. Nothing but sooth action and lead going straight down range. My set up is a 300 blk sbr Odin works slick side upper I've been wanting this type of Upper and with this bolt carrier being enhance the way it is with the beveled and 45°lugs made it the perfect choice. My Barrel is a Odin Works 10 and a half inch headspace was perfect proud to put it in my build and I'm buying another. I already have one of their complete nickel boron is in a 223 carbine works just as well I'm just going to this company for both carriers from now on. If you read the reviews like I do go ahead by can't go wrong it's a hundred bucks dude.

Takes some breaking iin
Bought this for a new competition build I put together over the spring. There was quite a few double feeds right off the bat but that's nothing new with a new set up usually right after hammerpair shots or faillure drills for the first 100 rounds or so. After about 150 rounds this bolt ran beautifully with a JP Enterprise silent capture spring. Smooth, clean, and almost no visible wear upon cleaning just a very light application of oil beforehand and you're ready to go all day. Will buy again

Great bang for the buck
Recently fired .300 AAC with this bolt; love it, works great. No problems and carbon cleans right off. Highly recommend if looking to purchase a new BCG.

Best Deal on Quality BCG
I've been buying the POF ultimate Carrier group for my builds. But after finding the SAA Enhanced BCG not anymore. This is a quality Bolt and Carrier for less than half the price and I just ordered my second one. It's a little tight at first but after a little break in it is well worth the investment. SAA knocked it out of the park with this one...
