Me personally I don't notice a difference between the round bcg vs this one but it works just like it should. I have two round bcg and two of these 3-flat style that I bought all from SAA and I'm happy with all of them. I plan on buying more. The only thing I haven't done is tried these in a 300 blkout. I have one but I like the bcg that's in it so I will continue using these for 223 and 556.
