The SAA complete AR-15 pistol upper receiver offers unparalleled quality & accuracy with it's enhanced features that come standard. These upper receivers are built to industry standard, mil-spec dimensions/fit and are ready to mount to any mil-spec AR-15 lower receiver. We take pride in the precision craftsmanship & quality components that complete these upper receivers. Fully assembled, checked for correct head space and test fired. Comes with a Black Hole Weaponry 10.5" pistol length barrel.
All NFA rules apply, this upper receiver cannot be mounted to a lower receiver with an actual stock of any kind unless the requisite NFA tax stamp for the lower is already acquired.

Outstanding Upper !
Recently purchased this assembled pistol upper, and had a chance to run a variety of loads through it. One word to describe it is outstanding, in accuracy, finish, fit, and function.
It's quickly becoming my favorite upper, and the extras was a nice touch ! -
Surprised
I bought this upper receiver for my pistol lower receiver. I took it to the pistol range to sight it in at 25 yards with iron sights. Easy 2 inch group. I suggest adding the SIG pistol stock and a good sling. I see a real advantage of getting in and out of a vehicle with the pistol as it is much better than a full length rifle. It is not as loud as I expected. The flash hider / compensator works well. I thought about changing them out but after test firing I am going to keep it as is. I used 62 grain factory ammo. There is a bit more muzzle rise than a AR rifle but with a good sling and the SIG pistol stock it is very controllable. The range is good as I was able to consistently hit a 12 inch target at 200 yards from a standing position with my body braced against a pole. The folks at Surplus Ammo were great to deal with and I highly recommend them.
