The SAA complete AR-15 upper receiver offers unparalleled quality & accuracy with it's enhanced features that come standard. These upper receivers are built to mil-spec & are ready to mount to any mil-spec AR-15 lower receiver. SAA takes pride in the precision craftmanship & quality components that complete these upper receivers. Fully assembled, includes bolt carrier group & charging handle. Test fired & ready to shoot.

*All uppers have been head spaced and test fired for safety and to insure proper function.

SAA Upper Customizable
Purchased SAA upper and added 20 inch Blackhole Weaponry match barrel. Gary at Surplus Ammo was so much help. Added BCM BCG and Charging Handle. TROY hand guard. Purchased a BCM lower to complete this build. Added Leopold VXR optic. This is one of my favorite firearms now. Thank you for all the help Gary and SAA!!

Durable and High Quality
I called in for a special complete upper. 20" Bwh barrel with the Todd Jarrett rifle length hand guard. Customer service was awesome received product within a week. Haven't had a chance to go the range yet.

Exceptional Value, Exceptional Quality!
This is the second complete AR upper I've purchased from SAA. The quality is second to none and the price allows one to upgrade to a higher quality optic.
The accuracy is excellent and continuously improves as the barrel has more rounds fired through it.

Very Nice Upper
Really nice upper. Quality throughout. Received a few "Nice Rifle" at the range. Mated it with a MI lower, added a 4-16X Viper, and now have an awesome range/critter combo. Rifle really likes Hornady 75g match ammo. Inch groups at 200+. Hope to try something in a 16-18" variety. Will expect the same high performance as this 20 incher! Way to go SAA!!!

Excellent upper, great quality!
Excellent upper, just pulled it out of the box and slapped it on a lower and fired away. Had a couple hang ups at first but after 100 rounds its shooting perfect. The website was very helpful and answered all of my questions very quickly too! great buy.
