The SAA complete AR-15 upper receiver offers unparalleled quality & accuracy with it's enhanced features that come standard. These upper receivers are built to mil-spec & are ready to mount to any mil-spec AR-15 lower receiver. SAA takes pride in the precision craftsmanship & quality components that complete these upper receivers. Fully assembled, includes bolt carrier group & charging handle. Test fired & ready to shoot.

*All uppers have been head spaced and test fired for safety and to insure proper function.

SAA Complete upper assembly
The complete upper came with in 2 days and look great. It fit great on my lower and. I took it out to the range with in a week and ran at least 100 rounds through it with no issue. I would definitely recommend this upper.

Great fit and finish. Dropped right onto my SAA lower functions perfectly. Mounted same plane buis sights. Will eventually add a red dot .

Received upper in a timely fashion, Surplus Ammo has done it again excellent quality and workmanship at a decent price. Installed the upper and put 50 rounds through it and it worked perfectly no issues whatsoever.

Great Product, Great Service
Fit right in, Mil.spec. perfect, I got the 16" upper with no problem. Works like it's made to work, handles 30 and 40 mags, perfect too. Love this beast.

Bargain for the quality of build!
I ordered this upper to build up an inexpensive AR I was selling to my buddy. When it arrived I was honestly impressed with the quality of the build. The gas block was in perfect alignment. The 3 bolts on the gas block were perfectly torqued. The muzzle device was perfectly indexed. Everything was greased and lubricated 100% with the right type grease/lubricant. It was ready to go from the box to the lower without a second thought but to grab Ammo and shoot. The accuracy and lessened recoil of the mid length were nice.
