Magpul Ranger Plate - USGI 5.56x45mm MAG020 - 3 Pack
The Magpul Ranger Plate is a floorplate replacement for current issue aluminum USGI 30-round magazines that incorporates an integral loop, floorplate lock, and mag identifier. When installed on the base of a magazine, the Ranger Plate provides unsurpassed speed and controllability during high stress, tactical magazine changes.
Loop is made of pliable Santoprene rubber overmolded onto a stainless steel plate. Patented design based upon the tried and true para-cord loops and duct-tape tabs currently in use with special warfare units worldwide.

Excellent mag plates
Very easy to install and works like a charm. Fingers fall right into place when doing a tactical reload it seems. I bought a few and will probably buy more.

Best price I have seen, They look great on my D&H mags. I will never be in any tactical situation, but I do enjoy the tactical accessories! Easy to install!

over engineered
Get rid of the plastic backer with the locking boss. Take a pare of needle nose pliers and slightly bend one of the metal overmolded insert legs in the same mannor and location of the stock steel bottom plate . when you slide it on it will lock in just like the one you are replacing. If you bend both it will be a pain in the rear to remove if you need to later. It ain't goin' anywhere. Now you can load 30. Cost twice as much as they are worth. Magpul, are you seeing this?
