These mags are basically designed for the states of Colorado and Vermont and any other that restricts to 15 rounds.  CO is restricted to 15rd mags overall and VT was recently restricted to 15rd pistol mags, which these are.  Unrestricted states can all have these, but why when you can order standard full 17rd Glock 17rd mags.

This is a GLOCK factory original, drop-free magazine for your Glock. Glock magazines have a hardened steel insert encased in high tech polymer. This polymer coating protects the magazine and prevents deformation, even when dropped from a great height.
