Black Hole Weaponry Barrels employ the use of 416R, match grade stainless steel. BHW Barrels specialize in Polygonal rifling; The shape of the lands and grooves are based on a circle, so there are no sharp corners or edges for the bullet to conform into. This means there is a tight seal and thus less bullet deformation. This rifling form is unique in its ability to allow the bullet to be centered and fully supported by the barrel’s bore. This arc shaped rifling has long been held in very high regard for its accuracy, increased velocity, reduced gas cutting and ease of cleaning.

Very, very nice barrel
I am an accuracy nut if there ever was one.... and a bit hard to please in that department. This easy to clean jewel replaced the original 16" one on my DPMS 308. I loaded some Barnes 130gr TTSX over Accurate 2495 and could not be happier with its accuracy. Have not tried other ammo... no need. This is my hunting round for hogs. Good JOB!

Amazing accuracy
I bought this barrel based on word of mouth and wow was I impressed when I got to the range. Almost 1/3 MOA (.356) with 149 gr shelf ammo and Fed 168 match got even tighter (.272). 500 yds was too easy. I'm looking forward to reaching out to 1000 on my next range trip.

great barrel
I bought this to go on a jd tech set very happy with it. Great finish and fit cleans easier than a standard rifled barrel. Will buy more for my next build

Nice barrel, shoots good
I put this barrel on a Matrix Aerospace AR-10A upper and lower rec set with a DPMS style Nickel Boron BCG and shot under 1 MOA after break in (.675-.910 moa) Barrel comes clean very easy and looks like a mirror after 3 boresnakes and some Blue Wonder.
Almost one ragged hole with 168 gr AMAx and starting load of Varget.
