B.A.M. LEFTY AR-15 BILLET Slab-Sided Flat Top Upper Receiver, No Mark + B.A.M. LEFTY AR-15 .223/5.56/300 Nitride BCG & AMBI Charging Handle

The required parts for a Left-Side eject AR-15 build.  Uses standard AR-15 barrels of any caliber for the AR-15 spec. build.  Also works with every for-end that works with righty/standard builds.  Works with every standard forged AR-15 Lower Receiver.  Also includes AMBIdextrous Charging Handle.

- Want to convert your right-handed (standard/right side ejection) AR to a lefty?  Build your own from scratch but have or want a different barrel and/or forend/hand guard?  These are the necessary parts to either build from scratch or convert your existing AR to left-side ejection.

NOTE - This BILLET Lefty upper does not have either a forward assist nor dust cover.  As a "slab sided" receiver it neither has the hook of a forward assist (rarely if ever needed these days) nor a dust cover.  Keep your weapon clean & clear, lubed per the manual (meaning only on the carrier's bearing surfaces) and a dust cover isn't necessary.  That, and with the ejection port on the left side of the weapon it cannot open down like a right-side eject because of the bolt release on the lower receiver.  Our other forged lefty upper does have an upward opening dust cover, so take your pick.

Left side Dust Cover flips up to avoid the lower receiver's bolt release.  NOTE: Install optic rings/1-piece mounts reversed to avoid dust cover (as desired).

Bolt Carrier Group (BCG) offers smooth, reliable cycling as well as excellent quality.  These carriers are fully assembled, ready to go: drop-in, check headspace, and you are ready to shoot.  Lefty BCG's have proprietary lefty carrier, bolt and gas key but use standard cam, cotter, firing pin, extractor, ejector, pins and springs from righty/standard BCG's.
