This Winchester Lead Free Jacketed Frangible full 5.56 power load is a great training round that is sturdier than bare frangible .223/5.56 with its jacketed design over the frangible core.  It has sealed, lead free primers and is ideal for high-volume short range indoor and outdoor training & target use in Modern Sporting Rifles (Winchester's language for our AR-15's etc.).  It has a frangible core for rapid bullet break-up up impact with hard targets.  Brass Jacketed bullets that improves the reliability and performance of the high velocity 5.56.
