Good Ammo, Great Price
This ammo is typical of .327, it is loud and has a decent kick. It's one heck of a fun round to shoot. The ammo looked great upon arrival and the price is hard to beat.
One con, firing a SP101, 33% (2 out of 6) of the brass expands making extraction from the cylinder difficult. This has happened repeatedly in over 120 rounds. -
Loads well...quality round.

Just what I was looking for
I was very disappointed that Speer discontinued this loading so I was glad to find SAA offering it. This seems to perform just as good as the Speer loading and in my opinion one of the best offerings in this caliber.

327 Federal 115 GR HP
The Speer 115-Grain Gold Dot HP is probably the best factory round available for the 327 Federal Magnum. Unfortunately, it's also the hardest to find since it appears Speer has stopped producing it. I was able to pick up 500 rounds from SurplusAmmo at a very reasonable price and hope that it will last me until either the manufacturer starts producing it again or a bullet of the same weight and design is available for reloading.

Same as Speer
Based on my chronograph results, this shoots the same from my LCR as the no longer available Speer 115 gr Gold Dot. Definitely worth buying.
