Surplus .223 (.224) 5.56 62 Grain M855 FMJ-BT Pulled Bullets: 500 Projectiles

These bullets are factory pulled, unfired M855 projectiles.  The construction of the M855 projectile (often called "SS109") is a thin copper jacket with a cannelure over a lead core with a steel penetrator (this is not "steel core").  As these are pulled from loaded ammo they will have the telltale green paint (used to designate it as an M855 projectile rather than other projectiles like M193 or tracer) as well as the black sealant used in the construction of 5.56 military-grade ammunition.
