This quiet round produces a report that is 1/4 the perceived noise level compared to standard velocity 22 Long Rifle rounds; making this round perfect for backyard plinking, youth shooting, or shooting in areas where noise may be a concern. This round is ideal for shooters using bolt-actions or single shot rifles (but is perfectly safe in semi-automatics although it might not completely cycle the action). quiet 22
Shot a Raccoon at 97 yds went 10yds and died. Had to aim a foot over his head but none of my neighbors are the wiser.

Very Quite
Works well with my long barrel single shot. Quite enough to not disturb small game while reloading because of a poor initial shot. Has plenty of stopping power for my experience, 20-60 yards.

Great Ammo
Just what i needed, very quiet in my Savage model 64. Great for target/squirrel shooting when you don't want to disturb your neighbors.

The best rounds for quiet target/plinking
If you are looking for a quiet round to do some target practice and plinking, look no further! These are very accurate and wont alarm the neighbors. Also these work well for small animal control. The only problem I have found with these rounds is that sometimes they will not cycle properly due to the lower powder in the shell. Shell casings sometimes will get caught in the action and need to be cleared. All in all this is an excellent round.

VERY QUIET BUT ALSO ACCURATE. MUCH BETTER THAN CB CAPS AS THESE REALLY ACCURATE AND HIT THE TARGET
