Perfect for hunting and target shooting at close range, this specialized round is ultra-quiet and eliminates the trouble and investment of using a suppressor. This rimfire ammo has no powder, just the Eley primer and will not work the action of semi-auto's (will fire, won't cycle). It also might not (probably not) won't make it down a rifle (16" or longer) barrel (careful with "squibs," or projectiles stuck in the barrel). This does work great in 22lr (S&W, Ruger, NAA minis etc.) and will fire in semi-autos, it will just need to be cycled manually. This is very quiet ammo.
