NOTE: Primers are Factory packaged bulk quantities of what is considered "Hazardous Materials" ("hazmat") or "dangerous goods," so these can only ship via UPS ground with the additional dangerous goods charges and process/packaging per fed. rules for such products as primers and powders.
COMMON Question: Why are the smaller amounts so much more $ than the larger quantities? The minimum "dangerous goods" additional fee per fed. rules is substantial and is on top of the UPS ground fee (weight & distance of the package/transit) so that applies to a single box of 1,000 primers on up to a standard case of 20,000 primers.
